Council Works on Ready, Set, Go!

E-mail Print PDF

The council has been very busy with many exciting projects in the last year! Their first completed project was taking the Ready! Set! Go! Booklet from (RI?) and changing it to make it their own and make it youth friendly! The Ready! Set! Go! Booklet is there to help you.

These booklets will help get information about what you need to know and what you need to work on.  There are checklists to use and guide you through the process of what you need to work on.  There are checklists for 3 different ages (approx. 15, 16, 17) so as your needs change there is more information available for you.

It comes in a handy binder where you can keep other information pertaining to your health condition organized! To receive one contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
